Comptroller of Maryland Training manager 2010 – 2015.  Developed training content & curriculum for teaching Introductory Business Marketing, Ethics & customer service in Tax administration and State & Federal Income tax preparation classes. Michael is a Real Estate educator. He teaches real estate ethics courses based on the National association of Realtors guideline. Michael is a Personal Development & leadership coach & trainer. Michael has Dual (MA) Master’s Degree in Business Marketing & Human Resource Management from Middlesex University Business School, Hendon. London (1996). He has a BA Hons degree in Media & Communications from Cross River State University, Uyo, Nigeria (1990), and a Post Graduate Diploma in International Relations from University of Sheffield. Sheffield. UK. (1991). Currently, Michael is midway through a Ph.D. doctorate program in Business Management education at Capella University, Minnesota, USA. He is also on the Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) track & the project management professional (PMP) track. Michael has taught Real Estate introductory marketing & property management classes since June 2010 in an online webinar format and in a classroom setting. He is also a mentor on the Tony Elumelu Foundation for Entrepreneurs.
